Hello & Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I reside in the beautiful city of Chico, California, but I grew up in a small rural town near Lake Almanor. Hiking different trails, camping at scenic locations, and immersing myself in nature are some of my favorite hobbies. If you ever need any suggestions, I am more than happy to share!

 

Growing up surrounded by nature instilled in me a strong passion for sustainability and land preservation. I love incorporating and expressing these aspects in my design work. Some of my best memories from Chico State were when I worked for the Associated Students Sustainability office. There, I led multiple art and design-based projects with the overall aim of contributing to sustainability efforts and keeping our campus informed and motivated to make a positive change.

Increasing accessibility in communications and building bridges within communities are some of the aspects that intrigue me the most about design and typography work. I am fluent in Spanish, and my upbringing as a translator has honed my eye for details in communication. It excites me to use this skill in my profession.
